    What will the new Rewards Program look like?

  • We will be expanding the products offered in the catalog, including more beverages, with discounts ranging from 10% - 50% off regular prices.

    You will be able to access the Rewards Catalog with your mobile phone.

    To keep enjoying the benefits of the Rewards Program, ensure you place at least one order each year on Keurig.com. Otherwise, your available Rewards Points will expire.

  • We will be adding more beverages that you can purchase with your Rewards Points

    Our goal is to keep our Rewards Catalog exciting and fun. So be sure to check it regularly to see what we have in store for you!

  • No, with the new program you will still earn points on the following items:

  • To check your Rewards Points balance you can log into your account on Keurig.com and click on MY ACCOUNT / Club Keurig icon.

  • These updates will take effect November 1, 2016.

  • When you make your first beverage purchase on Keurig.com. This automatically enrolls you in our Club Keurig™ Rewards program. You'll earning Rewards Points-from your very first purchase.

  • As a member of Club Keurig™ you'll earn Rewards Points on the following products starting with your 1st purchase. Your points will be added to your account when the order is billed and shipped.

  • You can keep track of the Rewards Points you earn and redeem through your account online and in your Club Keurig™ Statement email. Points are earned with every purchase of pods, bagged coffee, and selected brewer maintenance items on Keurig.com and are deducted when you make a purchase from the Rewards Catalog.
  •  • Your Available Points balance is the number of available points you have earned that can be redeemed. You can redeem your available points to purchase products featured in the Rewards Catalog. Products in the Rewards Catalog are discounted off the full retail prices.
     • To maintain Your Available Points you must make at least one purchase each year at Keurig.com. Otherwise, your points will expire. If you get close to losing your points, we'll email you to let you know.
     • Your Current Status is now based on your Available Points (Lifetime Points are no longer calculated).
     • Your Points Used balance shows how many points you've redeemed in the Rewards Catalog.
     •  Your Expired Points balance represents any points which have expired due to inactivity of your account for 12 months.
  • It's easy! Just visit the Rewards Catalog from the MY ACCOUNT page. Each product displays the reduced price and the number of Rewards Points required to purchase the product. If you have the required points for a product an ‘ADD TO CART’ button will appear below it. To order, simply click on that button and you'll be directed to a payment screen. Points will automatically be deducted when your order has been billed and shipped.
  • Why are you limiting my shipping capabilities for Rewards Catalog purchases?
     •  This change only affects ‘brewers’ purchased from the Rewards Catalog all other products sold through the Rewards Catalog will not be affected. This change is to help us better manage our brewer sales through the Rewards Catalog and to limit those brewers that are being purchased and then resold.

    I often purchase brewers from the Rewards Catalog and send as gifts. What am I to do now?
     •  You can continue to purchase brewers from the regular site and ship to any location. All brewers shipped to a U.S. address ship for free.

    I use a PO Box for my billing address. Where can I now ship?
     •  If your billing address is a PO Box and you use another address for shipping, please contact our Customer Care Center to make arrangements. Phone # 1-866-901-2739.

    Does this affect my regular orders?
     •  This change only affects brewers purchased through the Rewards Catalog.

    I recently moved/I’m getting ready to move how can I make sure this gets shipped to my new address?
     •  Log into your account on www.Keurig.com
     •  On the My Account Page, select Address Book
     •  Add New Address and make new address your default address

     

Additional Terms and Conditions of Club Keurig™

  1. Products purchased through the Rewards Catalog are for personal use only and not for resale.
  2. Brewers purchased through the Reward Catalog can only be shipped to the address equal to your Billing Address.
  3. Club Keurig Rewards Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Club Keurig members, their successors or assigns, or across any other loyalty program or promotion offered by Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (Keurig) or its affiliates. Accrued Rewards Points do not constitute property of the member and are not transferable by the member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations order, or (iii) otherwise by operation of law. Rewards Points and the awards and benefits of Club Keurig are void where prohibited by law.
  4. Keurig is the final authority on qualification for Rewards Point credit and reserves the right to deny or revoke Rewards Point credit at any time if it determines that Rewards Point credit was improperly given.
  5. Keurig may, in its sole discretion, change Club Keurig terms, conditions, awards and special offers at any time with or without notice. This means that the accumulation of Rewards Points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to such Rewards Points, awards or club benefits. In accumulating Rewards Points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award, award level or benefit of membership. Any award, award level or benefit may be withdrawn or made subject to increased Rewards Point requirements or new restrictions at any time. Keurig, may, among other things, (i) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award or benefit, (ii) change Club Keurig benefits, Rewards Point levels, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Rewards Point credit, or (iii) otherwise restrict the continued availability of Rewards Points. Keurig may make any one or more of these changes at any time even though such changes may affect a member's ability to use Rewards Points that such member has already accumulated. Members are responsible for knowing the current terms and conditions of Club Keurig in order to understand their rights, responsibilities and status under Club Keurig.
  6. Members are responsible for ensuring that earned Rewards Points are properly credited. If a member believes that Rewards Points have been earned but not properly credited, such member may be required to submit documentation or other proof satisfactory to Keurig. Any claim for Rewards Points not credited must be received by Keurig within 12 months after the Rewards Points were earned.
  7. Club Keurig Members may access and view their account status at any time on www.Keurig.com.
  8. If Keurig improperly denies a member Rewards Points, awards or some other benefit of Club Keurig, the member's exclusive remedy shall be the issuance of the improperly denied Rewards Points, award or benefit, if available, or such other alternative comparable benefit as determined by Keurig, which shall have no additional liability whatsoever. In no event shall Keurig be liable to any member, or anyone claiming through a member, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of Keurig acts or omissions in connection with Club Keurig.
  9. To maintain Your Available Points you must make at least one purchase each year at Keurig.com. Otherwise, your points will expire.
